EVENTSPenn Sports Analytics Group has hosted a variety of events since its inception. In 2020, we hosted Sergi Oliva — Vice President of Strategy of the Philadelphia 76ers — and Tegan Bunsu Ashby — Developer for the Sixers and Phillies. PSAG alumni often come back to speak to us, giving career and Penn-specific advice from their analytics roles at places like the Houston Rockets, Philadelphia Eagles, and DraftKings. We also have hosted joint social events with the Undergraduate Sports Business Club, and collaborated with CBS Sports, providing insights and stat tracking services for broadcasts. Additionally, we also host social events, like watch parties for big games.
