WHO WE ARE:

Penn Sports Analytics Group (PSAG) is the premier sports analytics organization at the University of Pennsylvania. We are an on-campus student group that provides matchup and player profiles to Penn sports teams using state-of-the-art data analysis. Additionally, we provide students with the opportunities, resources, and community to explore the field of sports analytics both academically and professionally.

PENN BASKETBALL:

We compile useful data and presentations for Penn Basketball to help them beat teams like Villanova while working with Penn graduate students and Penn Basketball's coaching staff

PENN FOOTBALL:

This year, we are working with the Penn Football team, providing situation and recruiting analyses. We hope to make a tangible impact on Penn Football and help them better understand the data they have access to. ​

PENN BASEBALL:

We work with Penn Baseball by providing data and matchup analysis with data from new technology. After a year without Ivy League baseball, we will be building infrastructure this fall to prepare for a robust analytics framework in time for the start of the season.
